The wife and I had an amazing experience! Kyle was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and we never felt pressured at all. And, as others have stated, even through the finance process (which was very smooth) we we never pressured to add anything unnecessary to our purchase, everything was spelled out clearly and done in a timely fashion.
