  Matthew has come in to do trainings with our staff a few times now on different topics and he has done an outstanding job! Matthew keeps the employees engaged, ask questions and offers relatable scenarios that pertain to the trainings. Everyone has taken away so much valuable information from the trainings and we have also implemented a lot of great changes based on the trainings.   After researching and communicating with multiple companies ROI was the only one to call quickly after our inquiry. I spoke directly with Jessee who is one of the owners and I was immediately put at ease with his knowledge and language he used when I asked a few test questions. Other companies charge astronomical fees and feed on your fears and lack of knowledge to get you to overpay for fancy folders and paperwork full of buzz words to make it seem like they have a secret potion that magically cures everything. ROI and Jessee are honest, trustworthy and understanding that getting in compliance is about accessing then information you need and translating it in a way that is understandable and relates to your companies specific needs. They know that some businesses are just trying to survive in an over complicated compliance world and charges you for what you need and will give you the tools to move forward on your own in the future. This business model of helping those in need and teaching them ensures that we will be return customers because of the relationship and trust that are built between our company and ROI.
