The staff here aren’t just friendly, they’re genuinely attentive, meeting you exactly where you are without judgment. They took the time to understand my goals, my limitations, and even the things I was embarrassed to admit. They celebrate the small wins with me, push me when I need it, and make the whole process feel achievable. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful about my health journey. I’m moving better, feeling stronger, and actually looking forward to coming back.   I’ve dealt with Angie for the last year maybe two. And with Angie and her team, this journey has felt effortless. After I received a kidney transplant and with my monthly lads, things were still a little off. That’s when i reached out to Angie and her amazing team at Top Form. I truly wish i could share all my numbers, but that’s just to much. Today I I’m at a way better weight and my numbers are sitting at normal if not almost perfect to what they need to be. I couldn’t thank this team enough!!!!!

  Absolutely can not recommend this facility enough! I was turned down from an appointment I had made for two weeks due to “the holiday weekend” at a different facility. Never was I informed on this until in the office. Top Form got me in last minute, and was beyond kind! My results from sneak peak were in my email the next night! Clean, happy, efficient. There aren’t enough words to positively describe them. Thank you!
