  Jeff and I have worked together now for years, primarily collaborating on Residential Treatment/Detox Facilities and their need for zoning approvals. He is incredibly versed in the legalities of this type of use and represents his clients to the fullest, while understanding the intricacies and sensitivity of zoning and use entitlements.
